Infertility

Infertility is the persistent inability to conceive a child. It affects about fourteen percent of couples. During this trying time, couples may experience many emotions, ranging from frustration, to jealously, guilt, and anger.

There are several options for couples to explore. Medication, microsurgery, and in vitro fertilization are the most common choices. With successful treatment, almost half of the couples are able to conceive.
